Delivery Information

NELSON:

Deliveries are made Monday, Wednesday & Friday from Nelson through to Brightwater.  We offer FREE dlivery if your order is over $60.  If the order is under $60, a nominal fee will be applied

MOTUEKA/MARAHAU:

Deliveries are made every Thursday.  Order ned to be recevied by 2pm Wednesday (Marahau deliveries may be reduced over the winter months as required).  We offer FREE dlivery if your order is over $60.  If the order is under $60, a nominal fee will be applied

COURIER DELIVERY:
We offer courier delivery for all customers outside of our delivery area.  Orders place before 2.30pm will generally be despatched the same day as received.

Courier charges will be added to order, and are dependant on the delivery location.
 
Most order will be sent with Team Global Express.

Dangerous Goods may have additional fees.  Ther may also be delivery delays due to the DG rating.
Class 8 Dangerous Goods cannot be delivered over the Rural Delivery network.
 

Returns

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
